Simon Blaber Founder and Managing Director of Stratton House Limited, has spent 25 years in sales and coaching to clients, individuals and sales people alike.
He runs a group called The Stratton Group which encompasses Stratton Annette’s – an IFA firm and Stratton House Limited a non-regulated coaching business.
Simon converted his IFA business in 2006 into the perfect RDR model, not because of RDR (no-one had heard of it then) but for the simple reason that this was a better business proposition – and his reward? He works less hours and earns more money and at the time of writing has a business that has been subjected to a series of offers all in excess of a seven figure sum.
Simon’s programmes for IFA’s are therefore built from experience, as an IFA who has seen it, done it and can relay all the experience of doing it. These are not coaching programmes from a coach or a trainer who has read all the books but never sat with a client, or someone from a large Insurance Company who comes from the supply side.
